Shipping policy

We use Royal Mail to deliver items depending on which you purchased at the checkout. Royal Mail aim to deliver 1st Class items within 1-3 working days and 2nd Class within 5 working days. Please also factor in the despatch time to these estimates. Some items may require a signature on delivery.

If your item has not arrived within 10 working days for UK please contact me and I will investigate. 

We receive delivery confirmation on all orders through Royal Mail. we can not refund on an item that has been scanned as delivered. However, we will do our utmost to locate any parcel you deem as not being delivered. This would include asking Royal Mail for GPS coordinates to confirm the delivery location. If all avenues have been exhausted a claim would need to be filed with Royal Mail and a crime reference number would need to be obtained for mail theft.
