Sunday 4th June - Time away
I am away until 12th June and orders will be dispatched on my return between 13th and 16th June. Thank you
Sunday 5th March - Now shipping to some European countries
We are now shipping to:

We currently ship to the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. We only use tracked international postage. If you haven't received your order within 28 days please get in touch.
Sunday 15th January - International orders still on hold

Wednesday 11th January- US shipping on hold!
Unfortunately Royal Mail have announced they can't send any international post due a cyber issue. Once this is resolved we will reinstate US shipping.
Sunday 8th January - Now shipping to the US
We are now sending to the US. Postage is tracked and sent through Royal Mail with the USPS delivering once its arrived in the US.
Wednesday 28th September - Royal Mail strikes
Please be aware Royal Mail have announced further strikes from every area of their business over 19 days between October and December. This will cause significant delays. This will also have a knock on effect on Evri as they take more post than usual. If ordering for Christmas I would consider ordering early and upgrading from standard 2nd class to avoid disappointment. Friday 31st December 14:35 - Happy New Year!
I'd like to wish all my customers a very happy new year! Orders will begin being posted on Wednesday 5th January. Please expect delays while Royal Mail catch up. Thank you
Sunday 5th December 22:00 - Delivery delays & Christmas cut off dates
Royal Mail are experiencing delays. I would strongly recommend upgrading to a tracked option if your item is for Christmas. Some parts of the country are taking 10 working days to receive 1st class mail.
I can not guarantee Christmas delivery on 2nd and 1st class postage options. On tracked options the last date for Christmas delivery is 15th December. Orders between 16th and 19th December will be dispatched before we close for Christmas however they are unlikely to arrive in time.
I will not be posting any orders between 20th December and 5th January. The website will stay open for orders however nothing will be posted until 5th January at the earliest.

Saturday 4th December 20:00 - Design right
I am super excited to announce I have successfully registered some of my Inspired Handmade Jewellery designs. This means that my designs can not be copied and legally belong to me. They always have belonged to myself however now I have more power to take down copycats which may reproduce my designs at much lower quality. As a customer this means you can be confident that your earring is a unique and original design that you can only buy from Inspired Handmade Jewellery. I have updated the listings with their individual registration numbers and will be adding more in the new year.
Sunday 28th November 20:10 - Dispatch times
After a crazy weekend of sales any orders from now will be dispatched within 3 working days rather than the usual 2 working days. Thank you!
Friday 22nd October 10:00 am - Order delays
As it is half term I will be delayed in getting orders out over the next week. I will still be sending orders however it won't be every day as usual. Possibly 2 or 3 post office trips this week. Normal service will be resumed from the 1st November. I hope you are loving the new boutique! Thank you
Tuesday 14th September 8:15 - Time Away

Monday 6th September 15:30 - Postage issues
I was not able to post anything today as Royal Mail click and drop had a major failure and has been offline all day. All orders will be sent tomorrow. Please bear in mind that there will most likely be a backlog as it was down for everyone. Please expect a delay in your items arriving.

Now accepting PayPal payments. My processing times are a little slower than normal from today as I am moving house shortly and have an enormous amount of packing to do! So please bear with me and I will aim to get orders out within 4 days of purchasing. Thank you.
Friday 25th June 14:00 - Despatch times
My current processing time is same working day to 2 working days for orders placed between Monday and Thursday. Friday, Saturday and Sunday orders will be sent on the Monday. This excludes some products, details of these can be found on the product listing.

Thursday 28th January 2021 19:15 - General updates
I have given the website a bit of a freshen up for the new year. I'm steadily adding new designs over the next few weeks. I will mainly be focusing on designing gold filled and titanium items.
I have added a special offers section so do check this out as it will change from week to week. Currently the offer is 10% off selected hoops.
Despatch time is same day to 2 working days at the moment. UK - I have added on Royal Mail Tracked24 as an option for delivery which is a fully tracked service with a delivery aim of 1-2 days dependent on service in your area.

Monday 28th December 21:52 - Shipping update
Posting will be back to normal from the 4th January. I will despatch your order within 3 days. EU customers - It is with regret that I will no longer will be shipping to EU countries due to implications of the UK leaving the EU. All other countries are unaffected.

Saturday 21st November 19:29 - Despatch times
I have made the decision not to despatch orders on a Monday. The reason being is that I have found from tracking my orders over the last month, orders sent on a Monday often take 1-2 working days longer to be delivered than orders sent on any other day of the week. I hope this makes sense and thanks for your understanding!
Saturday 14th November 8:55am - Christmas info
International: I cannot guarantee Christmas delivery for anywhere outside of the UK going forward.
UK: Order before 6th December for Christmas delivery. Orders after this date can not be guaranteed. Please use the special delivery option after the 6th if you want your item(s) for Christmas.
I will be closed from 17th to 24th December. I can still answer queries during this time. Thank you!
Saturday 7th November 10:26pm - Postage delays UK
Just a quick update regarding Royal Mail. I have found items are taking anywhere between 1 day and 10 days to be delivered. I am posting most items same or next working day except the new lightning bolt, star and bee earrings which involves me soldering and I can only do this at certain times of the week. Thank you!
Monday 26th October 11:19am - Update to returns and exchange policy
Earrings/hoops are now sent in a clear grip seal bag with a tamper proof void sticker seal.
-I cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings/nose hoops when the void seal sticker has been tampered with or broken.
-If the seal is intact I can accept a return or exchange.
-Buyer is to pay return postage. On receipt of the item back an exchange will be sent within 2 working days. When choosing to return a refund will be issued within 24 hours of the item being in my hands. This includes the original standard postage paid (If you upgraded to special delivery then the standard postage amount will be refunded).
-You would need to notify me within 14 days of your intention to return accompanied with a picture of the void sticker still intact from the front and back. If the item is received back and it is tampered with I will not be able to refund or exchange.
